Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
The staff at PJM Business &Technology Consulting has been putting PC-based systems to work for independent retailers since 1987.
The team at PJM have a commitment to customer satisfaction like no other. We do not simply install a system and walk away.
We work with our clients through every step of the installation and maintain ongoing relationships with each of them that, many times, last for years.
Flexible Training Options
Every retailer is different, and the levels of computer experience range, so our training options are designed to provide flexibility in meeting these needs. From Classroom, Web-based or on-site, we have a training solution that works.
Experienced Professionals
The staff at PJM Business & Technology Consulting are Microsoft Certified for Store Operations and Headquarters. We are also a member of Microsoft’s RMS Partner Advisory Council.
Free Telephone Support
At PJM Business we pride ourselves in the fact that as long as you have completed our training program and are using reliable software, support becomes a non-issue. Therefore, the first year of telephone support is included with every system we sell.
