Our Key Staff Members

Peter Masse has been installing and supporting PC-Based retail software for nearly twenty years.  Peter has extensive experience with retail software design and implementation including system documentation. Peter is an experienced classroom instructor and also has extensive background in PC-based credit card processing software. Peter is also a member of Microsoft’s Retail Management System’s Advisory Panel.

Peter holds a BS degree in Systems Analysis and Design from Elmira College .

Kristopher Rodger has over seven years installing and supporting PC-based retail software.  Kris has extensive experience in both on-site and classroom training and is a Certified Crystal Reports Trainer.  Kris also has a solid background in MS SQL and MS Server Software.

Alan L. Voorhees has been involved in the POS industry for nearly 10 years and has many years experiene in sales and marketing with companies the likes of Apple, Compaq, Digital and IBM. Alan has extensive knowledge in publishing software. Alan also has extensive experience in technical writing and documentation.

Alan holds a BS in Sociology & Anthropology from SUNY at Geneseo. He holds a MA in Art History from the University of New Mexico.
